Q: What file formats are included with the digital embroidery design files?
A: Each file includes the following formats: DST, HUS, JEF, VIP, VIP3, PES, and XXX.

Q: Have the digital embroidery design files been tested?
A: Each file has been tested for download success, data transfer, and compatibility with our in-house embroidery software and machines. We stitch out every design to ensure that the physical end-product matches the digital design.

Q: My download isn’t working. What can I do now?
A: There are several steps you can take to ensure success:

  • Make sure your embroidery software is up to date. Out of date software is the most common cause of compatibility issues.
  • If the file will not open using embroidery software, manually move it to the machine by USB drive.
  • Ensure the file type you are trying to use is correct for your particular embroidery machine.
  • Unzip the file.
  • Restart your computer.

Q: I’m still having trouble opening the digital embroidery design file. Can you help me troubleshoot my software?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot embroidery software. Due to the wide variety of available software, there is no way we could maintain proficiency with them all. If you have followed all of the options above and still cannot open the file, please contact customer support with your software provider.

Q: I accidentally bought the wrong file! Can I exchange it for the one I really wanted?
A: All sales of digital downloads/digital embroidery designs are final and non-refundable as outlined in our return policy.


Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
A: We typically ship same day, or the following business day, with typical delivery times in the US as short as 2 business days depending on the service selected. Orders received by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship out the same day, while orders placed after 1:00 pm will ship the following business day. The Saturday cutoff for same-day processing is 9:00 am. We ship Monday-Saturday unless on vacation or closed for a holiday.

Q: Do you charge for extra care in packaging?
A: Absolutely NOT! Each order is carefully packed and shipped in the packaging appropriate for the size and weight of each order. Typically this is a sturdy bubble mailer, with larger orders shipping in cardboard boxes. We want your items to arrive in the best condition possible, and will continue to invest in quality shipping materials.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout using the exact weights and dimensions of the items purchased. We ship through both UPS and USPS.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We do offer shipping to certain destinations outside of the United States. If your country isn’t showing as an option, please contact us to see if we can offer shipping to your country. If the international shipping quote is absolutely ridiculous, please let us know and we will try our best to get a better quote, passing the savings on to you!

Q: Do you do pre-orders?
A: We do not do pre-orders on new products. All of the items in stock on the website are physically here in our facility, ready to ship! We don’t believe in accepting payment for product that we don’t have in stock and haven’t inspected for quality. We also don’t want our customers waiting for months to receive items they have paid for. We will not place the burden of inventory cost on the shoulders of our customers.
